360 Sites – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between 360 Sites (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), for the provision of web design, SEO, and related marketing services.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We will provide the services described in your agreed proposal, quotation, or service package, which may include (but are not limited to):
- Website design and development
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Hosting and maintenance
- Marketing consulting and related services
2. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver services on time, you agree to:
- Provide all requested content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner
- Respond to feedback requests and approvals promptly
- Ensure that all materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and free from copyright infringement
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
- Remaining balances are due within 7 days of final invoice.
- Ongoing services (e.g. SEO) are billed monthly in advance.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or a late fee.
4. Timelines & Delays
We will aim to meet all agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late provision of content or feedback) may result in project delays and possible additional charges.
5. Revisions & Changes
Your package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged at our hourly rate.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the rights to the completed website design, domain and content provided by you.
- We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Third-party assets (e.g. stock images, plugins) remain subject to their original licensing terms.
7. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or results due to factors beyond our control (e.g. algorithm changes, competitor activity).
8. Hosting & Maintenance
If you host your site with us:
- We will provide agreed hosting services and security measures.
- We are not liable for downtime, hacking, or data loss beyond our control.
If you host elsewhere, you are responsible for server performance and security.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
- If you terminate before completion, work completed will be billed proportionally.
- Ongoing service cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle.
10. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, business, or data
- Any damages arising from website downtime, hacking, or third-party failures
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the previous 3 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
